Unfortunately doesn't work with Apple devices. Their wifi hotspots only share cell data, not wifi connections.
(Yes, you can teather phone(s) to Mac, tried it on my last flight and got sick of the cables)

Yeah, but I'm not about to rearrange my whole ecosystem for a few hours of free BA wifi

I find it rather disappointing to see the complaints about this service already.

For me, it is a genuine, positive improvement to the BA F product which I welcomed very much. So much so I sent a mail of thanks/compliment to the GGL team.

Not sure that constructive criticism is the same as complaining. As I mentioned upthread I can see the reasons BA might want to limit connectivity to one device - paid or free - but also offered a solution. It's a limitation in all cabins, not just F
The debate on multiple devices was really triggered by an 'I don't see the point, so can't see it why it might be useful for anyone else' comment. I've not seen any complaints on the free offering itself.

On United Airlines, they overcome this by making you sign in and using Switch Device to jump between your devices. Works well and, as noted above, most people have at least two devices.

This is the way to go - doesn't allow concurrent sharing but does allow one to switch the allowance between devices. Also addresses the bandwidth issue. Would love it if BA would do this for their WiFi.

A good feature for those in First. Fairly good coverage and when working acceptable performance. I would not pay for the service though.

Not mentioned to me on my recent F flight but perhaps the wifi system was not working on the old old 747.
