No RFS showing on Edi-Lon-Zurich booking
Trying to book this route in CE to use up last Amex voucher.
Get a "book with RFS to save money" notice and then it gives me the correct amount of avios and fees of c£100 per person (£200 total via LCY outbound - £197 via LHR outbound)
But I have had avios from Top Cash Back and Lloyds going into my account in the last few weeks. So I should be in the 12-month RFS validity period?
Any idea what might be the issue?

In the guide to spending avios (very top of the board) it says to get RFS offers you need to have ‘earned’ an avios in the last year.
To me earned means via flying rather than ‘collected’ via shopping etc etc

Hi,
That may be the problem, but the board - and BA's web pages - talk about all sorts of other ways of "earning" avios too!
Is there any way other than flights to re-activate RFS eligibility?
I suppose my problem is that, from Scotland, a direct flight with a low-cost carrier is usually the favourite option to Europe.
And our long-hauls to family in the USA have, until now, always been Avios redemptions - so never really used RFS.
(With the higher carrier charges to and from USA on redemptions, I am now paying cash - but while I have paid for the next flight, I haven't taken it yet! So no RFS benefit)
Really only looking at EDI-LHR-Zurich because I have an Amex 241 that wasn't worth using to USA (Next flight to Denver was Paris-LHR-DEN in CW for £950 each!)
