Exit Row FOC

After trawling through this forum, hope someone can help. I am booked long haul in economy as a silver member. Currently the exit rows (70 & 80) on the A380 can be requested for £85. At what point (if any) will these seats be requestable for free for a silver member

72 hours, typically, some anecdotes say it is 72.5 hours before departure.

Ah yes, just shorthaul can have exit rows at T-72. So the correct answer for longhaul is actually OLCI, if the seats are not blocked or taken.

Does this include bulkhead and centre exit row seats as I’ve been able to choose those At booking as a Silver on a number of long haul flights this year?

Well my reply would be these are bulkheads seats not exit row seats thats how you would be able to book them for free as a silver.

Yes, central seating is OK for Silvers. [And I think the A380 throne seat?]
