Upgrade price on BA.COM J to F

We have booked some tickets in CW to go to Seattle at the beginning of July.

Using MMB today decided to see what the upgrade price is.

Being quoted LHR -SEA J to F........

Needless to say, we won't be taking BA up on this kind offer

The Seattle to London price looks quite reasonable.

That does look enticing...if that were Argentine pesos.

If there are seats available, ask at the airport. The offer should generally be in the $900-$950 range, but not always available.

I have been looking into flights to SEA in July. There were several dates in which First was only slightly more expensive than CW (about 20% more). Not sure about LHR departures, but certainly departures from INV (and other cities outside the UK). It's worth searching if you're a little flexible.

Go for the upgrade- you can get a trip report in the national papers. I can see the headline now "BA PASSENGER OUTRAGE: 15K TICKET AND NO ONE WARMED THEIR NUTS!" or "....15k TICKET AND ONLY 8 NUTS!"
Accompanied by pictures of cold/8 nuts and sad face passenger(s).
