New style chicken 65 with fresh ginger basmati rice question

Does anyone know if this chicken dish has gluten or if the chicken is dipped in flour? It sounds like a tasty option but Welsh lamb cutlet and braised lamb shoulder with polenta sounds a little more gluten free. I am dreading the awful gluten free boiled chicken routine. Looking for a safe but tastier option. Thank you

It sounds like the December J menu for LHR-JFK unless I'm very much mistaken!
