Technical Question: Upgrading AY-coded BA flights on BA ticket stock

Hi all--title says it all. I know Avios upgrades can be done to almost all fare classes as long as the flight is operated by BA and on BA ticket stock, but if it's marketed by AY (operated by BA) and still on BA ticket stock, can it be upgraded? I don't see anything clear in the T&Cs about this. Thanks in advance!

No you can't UuA an AY marketed & BA operated flight on a BA ticket. UuAs can only be done for BA operated & marketed, or to a lesser extent AA operated & marketed and IB operated & marketed flights on a BA ticket.
