Hopefully there is a deal and if so here's the thread for it...!

Will it be the 2 for 1 in Club World? What would you like to see?

I'm happy with 2 for 1 in Club World as long as I can book two tickets for myself and fly them on different dates

2 for £2019

At least last 2 years BA offered 2 for £2017/2018 to limited destinations on limited dates in Dec/ Jan. Likely to be the same but they did 2 for £2019 in August, when we booked 2 for in F to DFW which was £2499 and another 260pp extra for F

I need Dec 2020 ... so, unless they do something radical, anything announced around now would be outside the 355-day window.

Oh no. By the time the deals are announced this will be a 6 page thread and the deals will pass us by as we’ll all be bored of the speculation! Please please at least rename it.

What should the name be? My intention was not to have a pointless thread but hopefully I'll add a wiki or a summary of the deals (if there are any) to allow for a more helpful thread to discuss the offer(s) and not just lots of hypothesising but FT always has that, so it can't be avoided, it's what makes FT (sometimes!).

I need May or June 2020, 2 for 1 would be great but even 25% reduction would be nice.

All I'm after is the exact thing I booked last year but ended up cancelling... CW is wiiiiiiiiide open on both of my likely flights, so a sale of some kind would seem sensible. Looking to replace my backup Amex 2-4-1 booking with a 2 for 2019/2020.

Doesn't seem to be anything up yet though - deals page has some "book before Nov 15th" stuff for me!

OK. I just got a Travel Trade email through but nothing is on ba.com yet.

Booking is from 28th so today.

1. 'Companion fares' available on many short haul routes in CE

2. 'Buy up' to WTP from WT for a fixed £199 to £299 return on selected routes

3. The Club World deals, which are not specified (!), are only valid to Durban, Johannesburg, Austin, Nashville, Toronto, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore

Hate companion fare offers in sales. Not fair on solo flyers. And remember couples don’t always fly together!

as to the rest not so much Black Friday as pale grey Friday!
