The best place for this question would be here:

We have just had sales, in Y and premium cabins. There may or may not be a Black Friday sale which has happened the last few years and no doubt there will be a post xmas / new year sale.

Hi,

If you are considering Emirates, how aboyt Qatar ( via Doha) if it serves your destination. Fares can be very good plus you get Avios and tier points.

I'd definitely wait it out. Prices will fluctuate between now and when you want to travel. Instead of specifically looking for a sale, keep checking/set up alerts until you find a fare that you feel is a good deal - it may be advertised as being part of a sale, it may not.

Thanks all for the suggestions, i will probably wait and monitor the prices.

Plan is to fly from London to Beijing and Return from Bali to London.

Thanks

Which cabin are you hoping to book? Starting outside of London savings will be huge in all cabins, but have the additional faff / small cost that comes with that. And don’t think that a banner telling you there’s a sale will mean cheaper prices. Often prices go down or the airline silently matches other’s sales so check regularly

I was looking to book the economy class for 2 adults and 2 children.

Economy sales rarely cover the school holidays.
