Aircraft change - should I select a new seat?

Flight in about 20 hours and it looks to have just switched from a 3 class 777 to 4 class 777. I'm currently assigned an aisle seat in WT+ row 12 on the 3 class seat map. Using the seat selection in MMB shows the 4 class WT+ cabin (obviously with different row numbers WT+). EF shows J9 W5 Y6, and the seatmap shows the 4 row F cabin with all seats blocked.

Assuming there will be op ups does it matter if I select a seat now? I'd much rather have an aisle seat in any case.

I would select the seat you would prefer to sit in, changing your seat will not affect the chance of any OpUp.
