Fantastic Customer service Thank you BA

I was caught up in the BA issue with the baggage system at Heathrow at the end of July, and although we were all pretty stressed at the time and it took a while for CS to get back to me, I have to say that even after having spent another hour on hold today, I have eventually had all my issues resolved and I am so impressed with the outstanding customer services that BA have provided. The serval members of staff I have spoke to have all been so lovely, kind and helpful and did their absolute best to help resolve the situation, dispute the stressful calls I am sure they are inundated with at the minute. They were very generous with regards to compensation and I have to say I am totally backing BA all the way, I have gone on to book the next 12 months flights with BA, 3 sets of return flights for both my own family and my parents, because I now feel confidant that even if the worst situation were to occur they are by far the best airline to deal with if it all goes horribly wrong. My faith is restored - Thank You - British Airways and your outstanding staff !

Well done on getting a satisfactory resolution. You can also express your gratitude in a way that will have a positive impact upon those who handled your case

Feedback on here is that compliments are passed on to both staff and managers and have a positive impact upon those involved...
