Refund of Avios? [booked on a regional flight to HKG 14 Aug]
Hi all. Due to fly to HOng Kong tomorrow. Thinking it is not worth it. Booked using miles. Flight did under the 24 hour rule. Would they refund Avios given the circumstance. Having issues getting through. In China at moment. Thanks !

We are offering customers booked to travel from Hong Kong to London on Tuesday 13 August, the option to rebook their flight to a different date or receive a full refund.
For customers booked to travel on Wednesday 14 August and Thursday 15 August, we are offering the option to rebook their flight to a different date.
However this is very fluid and the convoy of troops that went from China into Hong Kong today could ensure that anything and everything is possible in the next 24 hours.
