Vancouver to Adelaide upgrading with Avios
 

Looking to fly Vancouver to Adelaide return premium economy and upgrade to business using Avios.

My questions are:

1. which airline from Oneworld is the best

2, how many Avios do I need and is there a location I can find this information

3. how do I go about booking this

You can only upgrade with avios on BA flights, or eligible AA flights (AA PE-->J may not be eligible)
