20 TP Ex MAN in August

Heading says it all. I need the TPs to achieve Gold.

Any suggestions?

Phone up, book an N class or higher if you're only getting cheap options, MAN-LHR return.

£177 for a flex fare with luggage.

That was my original plan, but with Heathrow staff striking and BA pilot action, I'm concerned it my not happen. Domestic flights are the first to be axed. I remember a few years ago being trapped in London on a Friday night when flights were cancelled for a practice run for President Bush's farewell world tour.

Ask for your 2 week extension. That should give you enough time to avoid any strike dates. Plus a CE one way and ET back could be cheaper than 177 for ET back and forth in flex fare

MAN-DUB on a Sunday for £38. Get a POUG for £50ish. Then, same day, back on EI/FR.

Not sure it does, it could mean various things:

1) My TP Collection Year ends 08/08 and i need 20 TP by then.
2) My TP Collection Year ends 08/09 and i need 20 TP by then and can only travel in August.
3) etc .....

Thank you MarkFlies. Perfect solution for me

Play around with the dates. On second thoughts, it might be cheaper to do EI/FR MAN-DUB and return on BA DUB-MAN. These flights on Fridays. POUG DUB-MAN is EUR59.

@MarkFlies, I'm just curious as to what information you are going on? Suggesting to the OP that a POUG DUB-MAN is EUR59. There is never a guarantee that a POUG would be available on dates that OP will travel on and neither is the price.

This could mislead the OP. The OP @imkevinmc should consider requesting the 2 week extension as suggested by @TTmex

I thought there was no business cabin on EI?

It’s a BA CityFlyer flight. Slightly late departure time (22:25 on Friday evening) but cheap as chips and handy enough to get to MAN for a weekend. I am on it myself in a couple of weeks.

Why would I say it if it wasn’t correct?

On the BA CityFlyer “service” DUB-MAN on Friday evenings and MAN-DUB on Sundays, POUGs are always offered.

Do do you have evidence to the contrary?
