On the BA CityFlyer “service” DUB-MAN on Friday evenings and MAN-DUB on Sundays, POUGs are always offered.

Do do you have evidence to the contrary?
I was just curios ... As the OP actually did not indicate when they need the TP's by.

A quick look now for next friday 09 .. its showing up as €59 and not €19. POUG are not always available.

As the OP has not indicated when their TP collection year ends. Not a lot we can do. Fridays flight may be too late if TP collection year ends on Thursday 8th August.

There are City Flier flights between MAN and LCY at weekends, northbound on Friday evening and southbound on Sunday around noon. On the website, economy flights book into O, so only 5 TP, so CE would be needed to get 20 TP, overshooting the target by 20. The CE fare is about £120, but the overall cost could be kept down by using an off-peak train to go one way. Flight and train times would allow the whole business to be completed in a single day, so avoiding the need for overnight hotel accommodation.

And not just for flights! The weather, the culture, the food, Amex acceptance... You'll love it down here!
