Is there a fee when upgrade an award ticket?
Hi,
I want to book a partner award ticket. (Japan airline) from Tokyo to TPE. Currently, I only see economy is available for 11000 Avios miles + $59.34 tax and fee. The question is, if in the future, there is business class available to redeem. Can I call them to upgrade the ticket by paying more Avios miles? Will they charge a fee on that ?? Anyone has experience in such case?
