I was thinking similar. While those in the OP may think they were being clever, all it would take is a slight change in circumstances, a no show/illness for one of the group, and all of sudden they're looking at a rather horrific CC bill in a few weeks time.

well the company would re-imburse anyway the original fare, that's what I'm thinking, in this they would invoice/expense the full bill, and pocket the change in case of a down grade/comp
