YYZ aircraft change
 

Just had my August flight change from a 789 to a 777. Very annoyed by this. Anyone have any insight on whether it's likely to change back? This was BA93, the earlier flight.

EDIT: Not only that but was automatically changes to middle seats from our carefully selected direct aisle access seat!!

Extremely unlikely.

Guess I'll just have to move us back to 15F/G (the best open seats). :( I don't suppose any amount of sweet talking would convince a phone agent to open 15A or K, would it?

You don't suppose correctly, they are bassinet seats and only available at this point if you have an infant. They may become available to select sometime from 3 days before departure.

I fly this route often enough to know, when booking in advance, its a good chance that the equipment will be swapped out.

If it does change, and the chances are it wont, the most likely change would be to a different 777 variant anyway
