BA "Centenary Offers" sale (until 16th July)

New sale just launched: https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/offers/sale

Yet to find anything mind-blowing, but JFK is from £281 in Y or £1359 in J, which seems competitive at least...

CE fares

Some of the CE return fares seem very good value:

INV - £161
HEL - £247 (160TPs return)
Cologne - £147
AMS - £146
Milan - £154
Venice - £150

oddly enough (or maybe not) Madrid is £306 return. I wonder if this has to do with the A350 joining the route.

I'd agree, I was hoping for something in the Caribbean in CW. Managed to pick something up in a sale last year for £1700pp but currently nothing is below £2250pp and that's for a much worse hotel than we stayed in last time.

I was looking at NYC via YYZ, but I cannot seem to see any A350 operated flights?

£281 seems pretty mind-blowing to me - it's exactly what I paid the first time I flew from LHR to JFK in 1987! And there was no APD back then.

Not really a sale, can't find anything of particularly good value. Well nothing enough to tempt me. The NY flight sale is a bit of a deception. They only have the latests months available to buy from during the sale, of April/May. For £280. For January/March/Feb the flights are £278 which is the standard price for BA HB to NY. The reason they are allowed to call the April/May as "sale" is because the months most far in the future that you can book with BA, are the most expensive. It's no sale at all.

A quick look and Ex- INV (the current fav amongst FTers) to JFK in WTP is £590 (roughly, google prices between £568-£600).

I'm most interested in how well you guys and gals can manipulate this sale to greatest possible advantage with some obscure routing and Avios off cash pricing discounts... Watching avidly.
