Thanks for sharing @tedcruz
Were the pillow and blanket of good quality and comfortable on the skin?

Dispatched the wife to inquire after these on her flight to PHL yesterday.
After the speed of other recent enhancement roll-outs, I was pleasantly surprised that these were indeed available as planned on 1st July.

The pillow is a great improvement, firmer and gives more support.
Amenity kit is ok, better presentation for sure but a hand cream would have been better than a lip balm in my view. Do more people actually prefer lip balm to cream?

My thoughts on WTP
After being spoiled with a few Scandi Biz fares, I recently needed to get from Sydney to London as directly as possible so booked BA WTP with some trepidation. Here are my thoughts based on BA16 SYD-SIN , BA12 SIN-LHR and BA15 LHR-SIN:
- Consistent service (mostly). Always pre drink when most people have boarded with the option of sparkling wine, juice and water from each port. New menus after take-off, new (rather stylish) amenity kits on seat with headphones. The new blanket is very nice indeed and as good as last generation Qatar Biz. The pillow is bigger and better than before, but still rather thin.
- All meals have been very good for PE. Not quite as good as Qantas, but miles ahead of Cathay.
- Generous drinks service as typical for BA long haul, though pretty cheap options eg JW Red.
- Crews on 2 out of 3 flights were excellent. Really friendly and helpful. Quick to respond. One particular young woman on MF was exceptional. I sent a BA.com/welldone
- One disappointing aspect was very few night drink runs at all.
- The seat (777-300 and A380) is really very comfortable for a 6ft2 100kg person so anyone smaller than that will be happy. I slept quite a bit on all night flights.
