I was offered the chance to try the new layout today, and reverted almost immediately. I didn't think it was possible to make the information any less clear and to use any more white space than the existing MMB does, but BA's crack IT team has managed it.

And it still requires a ridiculous 7 pages to print an itinerary.

The new MMB is truly awful. I sincerely hope they get rid of it. Not enough information available in one place with terrible assumptions about what you want to do as a primary task.

I tried it again for the third time today. Soon went back. There is far too much whitespace, and inaccuracies like "You can't change a meal this close to your flight time" and yet I can as the flight isn't until early next month. I will not be trying it again unless I have time to waste or I am curious about something in particular. It seems like BA IT are taking the Microsoft approach - have your customers do the testing. Sighs.

Im going off Topic .. Ah PDF is ok when filed and archived after a period.
As for paper print, many (I guess infrequent flyers) do for their own assurances.

I print everything, because I don't have a smartphone and I don't like being reliant on my iPad battery when travelling.

YMMV.

And where in the new MMB is the 'Add flights to my calendar' link?

Flight Booking screens now with new look - April 2020

Firstly I will say Im not going anywhere. Im simply bored and thought Id check out pricing. Its good way to keep on top of fares and their trajectory.

But anyway...Apologies if I have missed any chat about this but I have just noticed the flight booking screens have been updated to a new-new design, similar to MMB. The update seems subtle from what was previously a seismic update to design but functioned terribly. Having gone through selecting LHR-JFK flights it seems a lot smoother in processing and a nicer look too.

Is this new or have I just been in lockdown too long?!

Previous design version

You can see the subtle changes...these are older screenshoots.

By the time I'd scrolled to the end of these images I'd forgotten what the question was.
