Avios eStore down?

Avios eStore down?

Hello all, long time lurker and first time poster.

I have been trying to log onto the eStore to make purchases and collect Avios for the past 2 days without success. I am greeted with a web page stating:

"Sorry The page you're looking for has either moved or no longer exists."

I was wondering is anyone else is having the same problem or if it is on my end?

Also, is there a number I can call to let BA know of the problem or have it resolved on my account?

Yes direct link from my EC account. Same way I have been doing for years.

Yes I get this sometimes but if you click on the search thing ( magnifying glass icon) and ' search for retailers' it usually works

I have also had this problem for the past few days, specifically when trying to access my pending/tracked transactions. I opened an incognito tab and it worked from there. This was on my phone, not a desktop.

Thanks for this suggestion. I tried this and it still does not work.

This actually worked for me thanks! I was using the desktop version of Chrome and went incognito and was able to access my EC eStore. Oddly, I was able to access the site using my mobile browser just fine.

Hopefully this post will be useful for others having this same issue.

I was about to say it’s working fine for me, because I bought an iPad this morning via the eStore for 6 Avios per £1. But when I tried to check just now I got the same error message you got!

I had this problem yesterday. I cleared all my history on my iPad and it worked fine

Hi,

I am getting the same message today, it's the first time I have seen this page down. Ir's the same on the app.
No telephone number, just the usual email which is becoming increasingly slow to respond to missing avios. I emailed them to advise. No response received so far.

I’ve been having the same problem for the last few days too, can’t get it to work on my iPad or android phone, but it was working ok on my MacBook yesterday so might be a mobile thing
