Cathay, but it's a different league to LHR T3 and not worth a long visit. Best arrive 90 minutes before departure (or less if HBO) and just have a few drinks there. Your First treatment really starts onboard the aircraft rather than in the lounge. The lounge options are showing in the Asia lounge guide in the BA Forum Dashboard.

PVG - BA Passenger Escort Services
The First experience might start at check-in - although its still unclear to me if this benefit is directed at either (1) First or (2) GGL or a combination of (1) and (2). I've asked for it every time I have departed PVG on BA since last November and I have received it.

I travelled in CW as a GGL last summer and had no such treatment either! I don't remember security or immigration as particularly onerous but the only airport where I have consistently received an escort when travelling in F has been at ICN.

May I ask when/where do you ask for it?

Isn’t the Cathay lounge closed until late this year? I thought it was due to close for refurbishment in November 2018 (until mid-late 2019), but haven’t been through PVG since then so don’t have first-hand knowledge.

Flew back in First on the 168 yesterday with family. We were directed to the (adequate, but very busy) China Eastern Lounge 77. Reasonable selection of food, but wouldn't aim to spend more than an hour in there if you want something to eat or drink prior to the flight. No sign of a passenger escort being offered to us or any of the other F pax, but it didn't take more than 10 mins to get through immigration and security in any case.

At the check-in desk. However, the service seems to be for GGL and above; class of travel may not be a determinant.
The CX lounge is closed until November 2019, and eligible BA passengers use lounge #77 .
