BA287 LHR SFO and BA286 SFO serious delay (Help!)

Any idea whats up? I should be on this evenings BA286 but the incoming 287 has not left yet almost 4 hours late.

If this gets delayed further when can I request a reroute, and any ideas as to the best option?

LF

EF shows the 286 as cancelled

There appears to be an option leaving at 1210 via PHX

Which cabin are you due to fly in? And what’s the earliest you can get to the airport? And finally, how desperate are you to get to London?

There is currently 1 F seat on tomorrow’s 284 if you want to wait for that.

Need 3. If I accept BA reroute, AA at 17.55 to LAX. BA286 in J to LHR, could I change at airport if better idea comes to light?

I was on the 286, rebooked via Chicago tomorrow morning as tomorrow’s flights from SFO would arrive too late for me.

Any idea why the flight was cancelled?

Remember duty of care so reasonable expenses will be covered. And also submit your claims for EC261.

Have accepted the reroute via LAX. Think it won't be late enough for EC comp, although will have to claim something for F to J downgrade.
