How's this working out for people? Any times on best using a tenner in GLA? Any exclusions Or conditions (ie could you buy a magazine and meal deal from WHSmiths...?)

Glasgow airport website says closed until 17th July. Surely an error given the info in this thread?

Worked out really well for us. 3 of travelled down earlier this week. with 30 quid to spend and WHSmith accepted the vouchers, only on food and drink. We were able to grab the big bags of sweets and biscuits.

My wife and I - both humble blues - travelled GLA-LGW on 5 June in CE. We were each given £15 vouchers and told that they could be used anywhere except W H Smith and Tesco. Used them for sandwiches and juice. Also got some water, chocolate and a couple of flapjacks for overnight at LGW. Only used about £25 of the £30.

Yes, at the Club check in desk they had a stack of £10 vouchers to give to anyone regardless of status.
Also, just used it at Panopolis for a kebab and beer (when in Glasgow....) and had no issues, so alcohol wasn't a problem for them!

Did the vouchers have names and PNRs on there? I’ve seen reports of passenger specific vouchers given to other eligible passengers initially posing GDPR issues but subsequent promises from BA that this information isn’t available any longer.

Yes - I did yesterday and it looked like the same tables and chairs were there and work underway but couldn’t see much difference.
