Ironically, I think a lot of people would be happy to pay for the service if BA were to offer it for a not ridiculous charge!

There's more details in the main Jag thread, but if international to domestic, then the best you can hope for is a ride in the golf buggy through the passageway which doesn't save that much time. The essential reason being that for UK and Ireland you need biometrics and these aren't offered at the T5C security check point.
