Great tips here
Not joining you as I will be there three weeks next June. Anyway I am a photographer and need early and late shots, hard to get when there’s not much night, and I would really slow you down. Have fun. I’m making lots of notes. Be careful. I just injured a bone in my foot not looking where I was walking.

Something has come up and I can no longer go 
So cancelled flight and cancelling hotels in a few minutes so my rooms will be available soon.
Very disappointed but sometimes life gets in the way of what you want to do.

Sorry you won't be joining us snaxmuppet.
But I'm still very much looking forward to it.
One small change - I'll be at the Hilton on the 7th - seemed easier given I'm car sharing with jfalllesen. And I got it on points :-)
