Very disappointed to see the loss of First on the BA66/67 Philadelphia service.

Yes, I doubt that. I think they will send 777-9X to PHX in the year of 2022 or so. They will have more economy class, super high J class, premium economy class and First Class, as well.

For the winter the NBO serivce was on a B772 from T3. The same aircraft just shuttled back and forth as you can do a full loop within 24 hours. It's back to the 747 for the summer, and I think all the longhual T3 routes are on the Mid J 747.

But YVR and MIA (and NBO) are all doable with the aircraft going back and forth, which wouldn't be doable with PHX. The issue isn't basing a single aircraft of a different fleet at T3 per se, it's having to shuttle aircraft between terminals on a daily basis.

Yes, I saw that. I was at LHR and I lookup GDS. I saw Miami flight is at entire T3, but I rode on flight connections bus.

same. Given how few three class 777s there are at LHR, PHL seems an odd place to send one. But what do I know.

Maybe wishful thinking on my part, but hopefully this could be a holding option until the 777 3 class is switched to a A350! once they confirm future deliveries and how well the introduction into ops goes.

When was/is BOM a 787-9? It’s showing as switching to a 777 but I have a few flights over summer and last one mid November and all are already 777.
