JAL and CX award space not showing on BA.com
The space is showing on Qantas - which is correct?

Trying separately (since BA will price separately anyway), neither BA nor AA show flights available for award redemption from SIN to HND and only BA is available from HND to LHR (not JL) on May 3. Don't know why Qantas is showing different results. But AA agrees with BA.

The BA search engine works best when searching individual legs. So try searching SIN-HND and HND-LHR separately.

Agree.

This not the most direct routing, thus BA not good at showing it.
Have you tried call CS? It "may" works?
