I take these as a rouge guide, more indicative.
Of the airports I've been to in this top 10 list I wouldn't disagree that they deserve to be there. It's just the order is more subjective.
Changi I'm sure would be No1 if they got rid of the awful carpet

I guess T4 might actually make the cut based on those criteria, but I have not flown from Changi T4 yet so time will need to tell.

Best get your walking shoes on for arriving at Changi T4 if arriving on a widebody. That aside T4 is a very good experience, IMO.

I guess people have different requirements - most seem to want shops, lounges and all sorts of facilities.
To me, as one who spends far too much of life in airports, the idea is to get on and off the aircraft with minimum time, distance and hassle. A gate in the fence with a car waiting on the outside would be my idea of terminal heaven! Maybe add a bus shelter, a portaloo and a cool box for delays...

T5 is terrible in my opinion. No one ever seems to clean the place. The annoying tendency to only announce the short haul gates very shortly before boarding, I find the security staff to be incredibly rude (First Wing excluded), the waiting time for first bag on belt is often long, and the chaos that seems to regularly happen at connections. It is my least favourite terminal in Heathrow, T2 being the winner, and certainly not on my top 10 list at all.
