BA NEW CLUB SUITE, WILL I GET IT?
What with the arrival of BA's biggest change in business class for some decades, this thread is intended to ask the inevitable question that I am sure many will want to know the answer to, something along the lines of "I am travelling on XX Jan 2036 from Heathrow to Sydney, will I get the new business class seat?"
Please do ask if you are not sure if your flight will fly the seat or not, its safe to say the more info you provide the more accurate the answer will be.
Aircraft involved: A350-1000XWB (also known as A351 and A350-1000), B787-10 (also known as B781) and a limited number of B777-200ER (B772).

FAQ : BA Club Suite tracker : (When) Will I get the new CS seat on my flight?

Ahh yes Club Suites, so amazing aren't they
You can do a dummy booking on BA to get as far as booking seats to see what the configuration is
BUT they do change planes (which is what I recently found out)
I booked (before I realised the dummy booking thing) and was disappointed with the old club suite at the seat selection stage, but after a few weeks have realised the plane has now changed and I have club suites!
When are you travelling? As if soon, maybe less likely to change but other experts will advise

Without cynicism, I love this post! It's so full of joy that we're all sometimes too jaded to express.
The Club Suites ( for that is what they are called ) have been discussed in many, many, many posts - so do a quick search for more information.
Without knowing the dates it's hard to advise which flights will feature them. The A380 service won't as they aren't ( yet ) being upgraded. Ditto the 788 and 789. Look out for the 777's which are currently being suite-ised - seem to be going quite fast but there are still plenty of the old ying-yang layout around. I don't think they put the A350 onto LAX but it does go to SAN and that has Club Suites too.
The usual caution - don't book a flight solely on the basis on the Suite; it's quite feasible that swaps will occur onto planes that may not feature them. Or conversely onto one which may!
Besides BA's timetable, AeroLopa ( https://www.aerolopa.com/ ) is a great resource and Google Flights makes quite a decent resource too. ExpertFlyer is also good for seeing the seating on particular flights. SeatGuru is not....
Enjoy your adventures!

Thank you!
Well next trip is in April and booking now to try and save.
True, planes for me changed 6 times for my last trip so no way of knowing. I wasn't expecting the "Club/Heaven Suites" so it was a lovely surprise!
Ok, thanks I'll do a search and may get lucky next time too

Thats a bummer - my YYZ-LHR in June has now swapped from CS to a 787-8. Gutted as was really looking forward to trying out CS. Ho-hum, you win some, you lose some...

That is certainly the intention, but until BA's long haul fleet is 100% converted then you can't rely on it. I would say it's the 95% position on NYC. The one clear exception is the LGW-JFK service which will be legacy CW for the time being. You can check the seat maps via dummy bookings or give precise flights and dates here for someone to check for you.

Looks like they are flying A350s to Hong Kong over the spring and summer starting March. There’ll be 1 old club world 789 and 1 350 flight a day each way.
After hearing about the lack of 2 meal services on a350, and not flying over Russia means 14 hours with only one hot meal though. Hope they’ve thought of that.

I've really enjoyed the A350 every time I've been on it, so would be keen to use it next time I'm heading to HKG.

Ah when did this start happening? I did LHR-GRU-EZE middle of last year and got two meals on LHR-GRU and a small meal on GRU-EZE, and IIRC the same on the way back.

”plans to use the A350 on the longest long haul routes had to be scrapped because of the inability to store the amount of food required”

I did LHR-GRU arriving yesterday on the A350. Two full meals, evening meal and full breakfast, details in the Club World Catering thread.

The newly direct BA245 service to EZE is a 787-9, however, so no CS. I note that tonight's service, which has just taken off from 27L was completely full in WT, WTP and CW, with all but 2 FLUB seats taken.

The 789 CW will still be a nicer flight than the 777 was. I’ve got an LHR-EZE booked for later in the year, flight is always rammed so I’ve got my fingers crossed about the FLUB 🙂🤞🏼
