I would bet you a penny to a bottle of LPGS in the concorde room, that by the time comes the 200 would be added to the list. Hopefully all this will be sorted by then and things will be back to normal.

Surely they don't have enough fuel to fly all the way back to IST. I guess they'll probably land in France for fuel since AFAIK France hasn't banned the MAX (yet). They don't want to risk landing somewhere where they might not be allowed to leave, even as a ferry flight back to base.

UK CAA just banned B737/8 max from arriving, departing or overflying UK airspace. As this will impact Norwegian and TUI this will have an impact on BA with booked passengers seeking re accommodation on other flights with different aircraft types.
The ban will also affect Ryanair.

But that is almost 14% of the 737 fleet, or about one aircraft in 7. That has to make a dent in the flying programme.

FR24 shows the LGW aircraft turned around near Prague, and the MAN aircraft is an A321 and is therefore unaffected.
