Do Finnair charge for an email receipt if flight is booked through BA using Avios?

No, these flights are Dec 19/Jan+Feb 20 and I am trying to change the KUL-ADL leg. I think confusion could have arisen as I mentioned have "taken" flights; I meant taken the Avios availability rather than flown the flights themselves.

I've been playing with itamatrix and I can get the first pair and last flights to appear if I put in the whole itinerary but I can't get it to give me any other options than AY between MUC and BKK when I am booked on QR. Am I doing something wrong? Also (another novice question!), if I could price it up, what would it tell me? I was under the impression that BA charge YQ even when the airlines with whom you are flying do not. Is that not the case?
