I find the GGL phone team pretty good, both in terms of answer time and being solution-oriented. That said, LX/LH Senator line in Geneva is answered in 5 seconds ...

right now, 10am UK time, been waiting for 15mins and still no pick up. this is one of the best perks of being GGL, well, has been. this is not OK.

It does vary a lot - straight pick up is frequent, 10 minutes wait are also not unusual.

i guess its only been in the last two months i've experienced long waits. the last three years the calls are almost immediately picked up--and based on notes above--i seem to be calling at an unfortunate time.
that said, always the most helpful and proactive agents i've ever had the joy of interacting with! yes an annoying hold this morning, but issues sorted and done in quick order!

The last week I needed to call GGL three times for different reasons. Morning, mid-day and late afternoon, all calls answered within ONE minute (!)
