BA systems are down
I have a booking and I saw that they had availability with avios so i thought that i can call and upgrade but I have been told by GGL agent that their systems are down and they can't pull any booking at the moment. She said that the system has been down for about one hour and don't know when it will be back.

Is there problems tonight with FLY? Manual boarding on BA1452 to EDI and not taken off. Flight crew said issues...

is anyone else having trouble using the reward search? Keeps getting stuck on "adding a stopover"

Pay and upgrade hasn't worked on the web or app for a few weeks now. Have been calling to book but today couldn't even do that!!
