LCA - How many F&B Runs?
As one of the longest Euro Traveller routes in the network, how many (M&S) food and beverage runs are made on an LHR/LCA flight in Y? Wondering whether you need to stock up first time it comes round?

I went and asked for another drink in CE from the galley (I hate pressing the call bells) and they were happy to supply. Likewise in ET I’m sure you could go to the back and ask to purchase something if you wanted or for free tap water. I’m sure the crew back there will be happy to help too.

Istanbul has one trolley service and one duty free service during the all flight. Larnaca would have the same. They are both Band 4 flights. However, passengers could buy something from the M&S menu until the descent for arrival had started. If the trolley service had ended, you could either visit the rear-galley or hit the call button for your order.

My son and I are flying LCA-LHR next month and have been allocated seats 1A/C. Hopefully it won't be too difficult to attract a crew member's attention for a refill without having to get up or press the call button, but if the worst comes to the worst....

It normally wouldn’t be difficult from 1AC. However I can’t believe a single drinks run is the service standard on this length of flight. Even on the medium length flights it is one before than one during/after the meal.

I flew LGW TFS LGW a few weeks ago - out in Y, back in C. In Y one F&B run but as other posters said, no issue with going to the rear galley for re supply.
In C, semi constant topping up and re-supply throughout the 4h30 flight.
