Mattress pad adultee diaper
Very nice BA upgraded their amenities, but they’re totally missing it on some points imho.
Who else agrees the ultra thin “mattress pad” looks like and adult diaper? Lol
Also, that day blanket, thin as a tissue. BA better left it both out of that “bedding” package.
Curious what your opinions are...

Having flown on Qantas J (HKG - BNE) in 2017, I was very disappointed with the BA "mattress" in F (LHR - HKG), it is as thin as the day (dark grey) blanket, I assume it is used for hygiene rather than comfort reasons.
IIRC the Qantas mattress was at least 1 cm thick and already placed on the side space with the amenity bag /kit, blanket, pillow and PJ's, also the Qantas cabin crew told me when I wish to sleep, let us know and we will "make the bed" up for you.

I saw something similar for sale at LAS airport about 15 years ago. It was specifically being marketed to allow an adult to stay all day (or all night) at a Casino or at a one-armed bandit if on a winning run and not have to interrupt by visiting the bathroom
