Feb 1st announcement - wild speculation thread

So BA are maiking a ‘big announcement’ tomorrow, what is everyone expecting?

To make it more entertaining you can include hopes, dreams and also dissapointly depressing unlikelihoods that will probably actually come to fruition

Dreams - F seat becomes J seat (it is afterall just ‘J+‘ right!), F seat becomes an EK type effort, only with 14 seats so we can still redeem

Hopes - New F dining in CCR and onboard to be rolled out inc. General upgrade plus Caviar etc to get some Vlogging headlines

Fears - Dynamic priced rewards that in effect equal a massive devaluation buried as news under a few models of retro liveried A319s

I except nothing, and am thus rarely disappointed.
In reality, there will be some fluff about enhancements that will possibly happen after I drop off my perch, or at best roll out slowly on routes I never use.

I fear tinkering with BAEC, to my personal detriment. YMMV.
I will be pleased to be proved wrong on both counts!

My only influencer is Mrs TT1F.. the idea of some unknown on the internet persuading me to buy something is laughable... well, other than you lot on FT, that is...

And a load of third rate "celebs" too.

Why can't they spend that money on better booze for the paying passengers or clean their filthy planes.
