Announced today G-BNLY to be in the landor livery. A little disappointed as an A380 or 787 would have looked good in the Landor Livery but still good to have this blast from the past flying around.

I beg to differ regarding the A380 or 787 - I think that, out of the current fleet, a 747 is absolutely the right choice for the Landor livery

I thought G-CIVB was originally planned to be painted in the land or livery? Does this mean G-CIVB is no longer going to receive a retro livery or will it be painted in Negus livery?

Just spotted from the LHR T3 Cathay lounge, landing (from SFO I think?) at 14.30. Hoped to see it but hadn’t realised there was a published schedule, so by complete luck we glanced up at exactly the right time!
Not a great shot as I grabbed my phone but I like that I have one of its current livery sisters in shot.

When Are Lingus unveiled their new livery, there was a leaked photo of the A330 from the Dublin paint shop similar to the BOAC retro jet. At the same time as the A330 was being painted, Aer Lingus had an A320 in the Shannon paint shop and first anyone saw it was when it landed at Dublin for the unveil.
