Yes, indeed. My preference for Cambrian and Northeast is down to old man Ted having worked for the former. I have fond memories of those One Elevens and Viscounts.

With retro airline liveries sprouting up everywhere, you'd ought to think that airline executives feel how horrid some of the liveries are today, and decide to repaint a few planes for the sake of seeing a touch of the beautiful past

The 747 in BOAC liverie, reg G-BYGC, is due to land at LHR at 9.55am on Monday.

The plane will actually enter service from Tuesday but I don't think the planes are scheduled for that far out so we will have to see for which flight is that.
