I had a quick think about AUH, but as I recently picked up INV-LHR-AUH-LHR with the l/h sectors in CW for £708.87 (GUF'd from a keen WTP fare), I don't feel like I'm missing out

So it doesn't work in the app it seems. I had different results for simultaneous searches.

Got AUH loaded and then it all fell to bits. Was only there last month so not too worried.

Maybe there will be something good tomorrow...

I saw some of the £100 fares to BOS - interestingly these included on EI via LGW. Couldn't spot anything back on a Sunday night though so left it.

Well done to those who bought - good value if the timings suit.

I wish the cooling off period was 24.50 hours

I also like the look of the AUH hotels - just totting up the cost including expensive drinks etc...

Family of 4 off to Boston for a long weekend in March. Out on Friday, back on the day flight Monday. Priced up at £722, so even better than £100 each way. Add in an Avios discount and I'm down to £642.

Great result ! I assume the lower amount was infant / child savings?

I have had experience of being able to cancel 24.5 Hours although mostly likely due to an IT glitch than a guarantee lol

I got as far as payment info submitted it then during the final validation said sold out , Oh well haha

Please also note that most of the AUH booking period is during Ramadan which will affect restaurant availability, alcohol etc

Good point - never thought about that. Luckily I bagged 2 tickets to AUH flight out 27th April, back 2nd May. Ramadan starts 5th May, so was lucky, I nearly got 2 tickets for BOS for st Patrick's day weekend, but website died at the payment validation stage.

Was close to booking AUH, but figured I'd only be booking for the sake of it. Hopefully something more appealing tomorrow. Would have jumped all over yesterdays Cape Town had I heard about the offer sooner.

I went to Abu Dhabi last year during Ramadan and it was OK. No issues at all in the hotel but the beach bar was only open at the weekend and the airport lounge was alcohol free. As someone who likes a drink on holiday I would happily go back again during Ramadan.

No APD for the 14 year old so that saves you £78
