Gutted I missed AUH. Would of loved to tack on an ex-middle east to Asia fare in J. Personally hoping for something eastwards today.

I saw someone posted these are promo non-refundable fares - Do the normal 24 hour cooling off period for cancellation still apply?

Not speaking from personal experience but I would expect it does. Please don't do this though as many others are trying at the same time and someone will have gotten to the payment page, clicked "Buy", only to be told it's sold out.

Yes Countdown timer is still showing wrong information unless you are in GMT Time Zone. Shame on BA. Depending on where you are logged in it is adding/subtracting the hours to the timer based on your time zone +/- from GMT.
So if you were currently in Barbados or Philadelphia .... the counter would have timed out hours ago.

It's not uncommon for 'live countdown timers' to be (lazily) calculated in the browser.
If you want to make it correct, change your device timezone to GMT and it should reflect accurately?

13. All promotional flights are non-refundable. Flights booked in World Traveller and World Traveller Plus are changeable for a £150 fee (plus any additional fare for changes)

this is reads to me that the usual cooling off period is not in play. So book carefullly!

The 24 hour cancellation overrides this - it's a general BA T&C.

My PIT ticket from yesterday also shows the taxes to be refundable, so even if the 24 hours has elapsed the refundable portion is still about £170 of the £200 fare, less any admin fee.

Does this offer allow a regional connection, or do they have to be direct from London?
