Clearly I didn't think I had actually dropped and actually found it funny, hence the tone of my original post, but it's apparently a thing that getting personalised marketing wrong can have a significant impact on your NPS. Clearly it's a marketing platform error but people can take this kind of thing quite personally!

It’s more the fact that if an email seems so wrong I would think it’s phishing or virus infected so would delete straight away which negates the point of personalised marketing.

ibdeed I agree I was not reporting it for being insecure, just pointing out an error so it can be fixed, really no need to get personal about it.
