Might work better for Level now that Norwegian has given up LGW-SIN? Not sure if there is enough unmet demand for SIN-MEL though.

One thing I'd love to see: LHR-KIX/NRT/HND-BNE/MEL (/ being "or") but again, I am not sure about the demand between Japan and Australia as airlines have recently been increasing capacity.

It would be great for me if BA returned to MEL, so I could visit more regularly on the cheap. But as others have said there is a lot of options to get down there for reasonable prices and end up going via HKG/SYD/SIN which makes a nice change in different Airlines and Lounges.

DPS is 15 hrs from LHR.

Garuda are shortly commencing ops
Stupidly via CGK on the way back - which i assume is because they need the same metal for the DPS-MEL operation a few hours later same evening

Might be a good option as there is massive demand for both sectors i'm sure from both Australian and UK tourists.

AKL could be another option - Emirates are now doing a DXB-DPS-AKL service

I'm based out of DPS and it's a massive gripe for us Brits here flying back to UK not having a direct service
