Current methods to check fare/booking class availability:
If you are requesting flight load / class availability, please provide the following:
1. Actual travel date (don't say tomorrow, or similar, as that is ambiguous given the global flyertalk membership)
2. Departure and arrival airport codes
3. Flight number
Thanks!

Awesome. Thank you. I was just curious as the J seats seem to be very full (considering not everyone can book seats for free) but still 6 showing free in F. So No upgrade opp after all. At least I can manage expectations and will order my meal...

You're welcome. Yes, it does seem to be rather full in the front half of the plane on both decks. Have a good flight!

If it is 0 across all first and business cabins the airline won’t be selling tickets in those cabins. What do you mean when you say they are “still selling seats”?

Dummy booking I assume.

Load (US POS) now reported as this:

BA 107
LHR 04/28/19 12:50 PM
DXB 04/28/19 11:05 PM
388 Daily 79% / 21m

F2 Z0 J0 C0 D0 R0 I0 U0 W0 E0 T0 Y9 B9 H9 K9 M9 L9 V9 N9 O9 G9

And a dummy booking (tried to do US POS, and URL supports that, but prices given in UKP) says they still have 2 J ("2 left at...") and 4 F ("4 left at...") to sell. There are 6 "open" seats in F (much more in J but that is less indicative.)

UK POS makes no difference for loads.

Morning

Could someone take a look at:
BA286
SFO-LHR
May 3rd

Pricing really high for J so booked W, trying to make an informed guess about cabin movement and whether I should hold out on W, or get my company to bite the bullet and pay the full whack

Thanks in advance

My feeling is that your company should always pay the "full whack!"

Thanks! Fingers crossed....

I tend to agree but as the budget holder it means one less trip for someone on the team (or me) if I shell out the 9.5K BA wanted. I always spend it like it's my own....

Ouch - that's a bit steep. I've only paid that kind of price once when I had to be in London the day after tomorrow.
