Current methods to check fare/booking class availability:
If you are requesting flight load / class availability, please provide the following:
1. Actual travel date (don't say tomorrow, or similar, as that is ambiguous given the global flyertalk membership)
2. Departure and arrival airport codes
3. Flight number

Would someone be so kind to look up BA435 AMS-LHR tomorrow (8 Feb)? The J divider has been moving backwards the last few days, resulting in me being kicked out of my seat repeatedly...

Oh I wasn't getting at you personally but it's just easier to check. I wouldn't look into flight loads/what's for sale too much with the flights being still in relative terms that far off.

Frequency and Reliability

The Frequency denotes the days of the week that the particular flight operates. The Reliability is the On Time Percentage and the Average Delay in Minutes of the flight over the last two months

Anyhow, here are the loads/what's available for sale.

Expert Flyer is only Ł7 ish a month and worth it, it can be extremely useful at times and you can get a free 5 day trial. I do also find it addictive at times.
