Sad days, no more posting for me in Premium Fare Deals, but I still got a decent TP run today! 800 TP for the below, no minimum stay, should be available during holiday periods.

I tried doing something with DUB-LAX but it proved really difficult. This one however seems to lend itself to a decent routing, with BA coded flights for maximum avios.

Just did this yesterday and it was super easy, and great price at the moment! I managed to get close to £1/TP

Another option for a similar price would be to B2B at MLA with nested tickets, will give you 320 TPs instead for £237 + £295 = £532. Out 5th March, back 7th March - https://www.google.co.uk/flights/?gl...;sc:b;sd:1;t:f

Apologies for duplicating post.

Just did LGW-MLA back to back yesterday and it was super easy, and great price at the moment! I managed to get close to £1/TP

How was the B2B? Was it easy?

I have 2 days in New York I booked on a BA sale. Anyone have any good tier point runs I can do in this time? Was looking at NYC to LAS via BOS and LAX but its coming in at about £1000

Hi all

Wiser and more experienced heads may be able to build on this, but I can construct the following for August 9th - the day the app reverts to zero....

OTP - LHR - MAD - JFK - LAX - PHX - LAX - JFK - BCN - LHR - OTP: 880 TPs for £1,252 (£1.42 per tp)

Then a cheeky nested PHX - LAX - MIA - Havana - MIA - LAX - PHX: 440 TPs for around £650 (£1.47 per tp)

So 1,320 TPs for around £1,900. Buy the positioning flight to OTP for £500 for 160 tps and you're virtually there. I think both itineraries require a Saturday night so its not a quick dash, and Havana might be getting a bit hurricane-y at that time of the year, but a few days in Havana is very tempting...

dont forgetter that you need a landing card in Cuba. You would get this with the airline. Also, Cuba still has some travelling restrictions. Make sure you chose 'cultural reasons' when you buy the tickets.

LATAM are doing CPT - GRU for £600 - £800

I managed to squeeze 600 TPs out this for £860 which is a pretty good return.

it's a MPM fare and you can hop around South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe ,

You can also route through JNB twice for some really creative ones like the below,

2 stopovers free each direction too but remember JNB to GRU needs a Yellow Fever Cert!!

Strictly no hopping around South America , Its specific to one flight direct from JNB to GRU

Excellent for seeing parts of Africa that are normally cost prohibitive,

Ignore the dates below this is just to give you some ideas

That is a truly excellent find @cgtechuk - I wish I could take advantage of this one. I’ve always wanted to visit Namibia :D

Edit: When you stay “stopovers” included, you mean an actual stopover (i.e. can have >24 hours) rather than a connection? That really is a stellar sightseeing fare!

A great find ^^^, thanks for posting.

Using your routing, searching for some random days in November, ITA matrix had a suggestion of an extra stop in PLZ in the "Flight 4", ie in all reading:
CPT-PLZ-JNB-WDH-JNB-GRU-JNB-VFA-JNB-DUR-PLZ-CPT = 640 TPs. This did not increase the price. Will check Comair's routes, there might be a possibility to add more segments?

Although this itinerary also is containing a TATL return, it still is a deja vue of the mega-run to PTY. Need to fill up with 5 segments more though ;)

Now for the bad news. LA's 767 business cabin gets lousy reviews. Obviously lie-flat seats, but narrow and outmoded, and service does not impress. Will have to think more than twice...

*Rocks back and forth*

I do NOT need any more TPs

Yeah 2 full stopovers for free are allowed each way > 24 hours so you can do 2 places on the way out and a different 2 on the way back its a really good fare!

It allows unlimited mileage and unlimited transfers you can even double back lol the only thing that restricts you is if your one way exceeds 6450 miles you will get forced into D Class which is ummm not cheap lol

That is a good one managing to add it as a connecting stop, I tried adding the leg but it burst the milage of 6450 one way which forced it as D class but it being a mandatory connection seems to let it through good spot!

The 767 isnt brilliant but it's a small sacrifice lol, you could literally go for 2 weeks and see 4 different countries for less than 1k , The flights on BA codes will earn better avios too. Panama yeah, I have one of them in June before they pulled unlimited transfers :-)

I am free from late morning on the 18th in YYZ, and need to be in ORD by mid afternoon on the 21st. It's near the start of my year, so no particular points total in mind, just trying to keep below the £3/ TP level Thanks

Not going to search for the actual flights for you, but a mere advice: add a third segment to your outbound journey. Fully doable with the fare. Something like YYZ-NYC/PHL-CHS or any of the other options. On the inbound to ORD insert max two transfers.
