NOTE, this wiki may have some broken links, so please bear with us for a week or do until we get round to the less than glamorous task of checking them all.

This thread gives the current catering options for the LHR T5 Concorde Room (all day) and First Dining Room within the LHR T3 Galleries First lounge (after 18:30). Eligible passengers include BA First ticket holders, Premier and Concorde Room cardholders. The catering in both lounges is supplied by BaxterStorey, who took over the contract on 2 May 2013.

The current catering options in the LHR CCR can be found in the first post in the thread, or you can click here. In addition, there are a selection of
- bar snacks, details found in post 7 or you can click here
- teas list, details found in post 68 or you can click here
- drinks list, details found in post 69 or you can click here
- cocktails list, details in this separate thread click here

There are also photo guides (updated with October menus) which you can see in the following linked posts:

Welcome to Flyertalk TLMTOED! And please do make yourself at home in this forum which will certainly be all the better for your contribution!

I know what you mean! There is only so much one can eat/drink in a short period of time, and personally, I won't get full meals both in lounge and onboard unless I have a longish connection or arrive early at the airport so that there will be a few hours till the onboard meal. Otherwise, I play it by ear, depending on how much I like the CCR and onboard menu (one of the advantages of early viewing!).

Some ccr dishes are thankfully small, notably the starters. The onboard ones are often more exciting but not always (I liked the recent dried duck breast and previous scallop iterations). The CCR mains are large but for technical reasons, I consider them generally better than onboard. Desserts and cheese tend to be of comparable quality in my view.

I rarely manage more than one glass (or rarely two) of wine/Champagne/cocktail between lounge and onboard and can do it in either one place or the other. Tea and coffee are much better in lounge than onboard IMHO.

@TMLTOED welcome.

For me, I am happy to forego the offerings in the lounge at MAN and on the flight, in preparation for arrival at CCR. Maybe just a soft drink or a coffee and maybe some biscuits. They usually have some in the galley if you don’t want the meal.

It is also worth familiarising yourself with the tunnels at LHR as a good way of stretching your legs and getting some exercise in between meals/flights.

And don’t forget, in F you can dine on demand, so no need to eat straight away.

What an uninspiring menu this month BA. You'd think that they would put a bit of effort into the menu for their flagship lounge....

Thanks for the photos so far. Photo guides updated now. I am just missing photos for the crab cake, chocolate mille feuille, and the gammon & cheese panini from the lounge menu.

Archived bar snacks menu, new bar snacks for February 2019 onward in post 7.

The bar snacks menu (it can be found in the cocktail menu).

Bar Snacks
Updated - August 2018

List can be found as part of the cocktail menu.

Sweet and salted nuts selection
A delicious mixture of sweet almonds and salted cashew nuts, lightly cooked and then coated in honey.

Mini cheddar straws
Made with all butter and the finest matured Cheddar cheese. The addition of smoked paprika gives a lovely savoury flavour.

Kasha cashew mix
Moroccan-style ras el hanout spice mix adds an aromatic sweetness to roasted cashews rolled in buckwheat kasha.

Pitted Norcellara and Uslu olives
Mix of bright green, creamy Sicilian Norcellara olives and fruity purple Uslu olives, from Turkey.

Pitted zesty Maroc
Preserved lemon and coriander seeds give a punchy tang to Spanish Gordal olives.

Cornichons antipasto
Finest grade cornichons, grown in Spain. Sitting somewhere between sweet or acidic, cornichons have a delicate flavour all their own.

Red chilli peppers stuffed with feta and herbs
Sweet red cherry peppers, stuffed with classic Greek cheeses feta and mizithra, and seasoned with herbs and chilli.

Kettle Crisps
These are not listed in the menu but they are available on request. The flavours available are mature cheddar & red onion, and lightly salted.

Previous version from September 2017 can be found in post 319 of the 2018 thread

The tea menu (it can be found in the bar menu).

Twinings Tea
Updated - March 2019

The Full English
Golden by name, golden by nature. Golden tipped, golden broken orange pekoe is the secret to this blend - quite a mouthful of first thing in the morning. We think this is breakfast tea as it should be. A well rounded blend with a full flavour. Created to ease you gently into the day.

The Earl
This sublime Earl Grey blends Chinese black loose leaf tea with the wonderfully citrusy flavour of bergamot. Truly perfect.

Simply Sencha
This wonderfully mellow and slightly sweet green tea that makes for such easy drinking that we've added nothing to it. It is simply Sencha.

Jasmine Petals & Pearls
These delicate jasmine pearls are the result of light green tea layered with jasmine flowers, to create the perfect balance of flavour. The camomile flowers and rose petals add soft floral notes to the blend.

Thoroughly Minted
Everything you expect from the ultimate mint experience - glorious peppermint, rounded with vibrant bursts of sweet spearmint.

Pure Camomile
Golden and sweet, subtly flowery with a light and gentle taste.

Superfruity
A deliciously juicy and fruity blend, packed with wonderful countryside flavours.

Redbush Caramel Velvet
The flavour of rich, creamy, sweet caramel goes perfectly with redbush. It's ideal any time of day as it's naturally caffeine free.

Sure, it has the looks of a cake/bisquit more than something from the menu.

Also it's not very 'premium' to serve a butchered orange with two large pips in it...

Indeed - mind you, when you compare to the looks of the beef stew a few posts above, that's almost the least of our worries...
