But a little suprised about this one:
- It is surely just a reminder about lack of preparedness for the snow chaos last year;
- I would hope most of this investment is now in place given we are now back in winter and there has been months to learn lessons (this could be just an issue with the tenses here, and this has already happened);
- BA could have been more honest at the time that they didn’t have enough kit when IIRC they were very quiet and somewhat pressing the blame on HAL. And in doing so should have paid EU compensation claims with many less quibbles (I believe they have now loss their argument about extraordinary circumstances now in court so claims should be being paid?)

I think we should dispense with the overly critical/disparaging comments (some of them rightly justified), as I for one have fingers and toes crossed that BA does actually pull out some of the proposed improvements out. The biggest (and most critical) is the new J product, to bring the current offering up to something rivaling the leaders in the market.
I truly hope it is a good year for BA.

I'm using one of the wife's cast off Notebooks from the dark ages and haven't had any problem with the site.
Just over a grand for a EZE-GLA WT+ return fare in March/April I see. Best price I've seen in ages. ^
