POUGs are offered via BA.com and the App Manage My Booking via a distinctive banner (example from MMB below). You cannot get a POUG by telephoning, however the service centres can complete a POUG which falls over mid transaction. They are offered on cash and Avios redemptions but typically not on complex routings, BA Holidays or travel agency bookings until OLCI stage. POUGs on Avios redemptions won't get you additional TPs/Avios, but they will on revenue tickets.
Short haul routes from LON to/from Europe
A price in pounds indicates a ticket issued from London, other currencies indicate prices for tickets issued overseas (e.g. singles or returns originating from CDG priced in Euros). Multiple prices indicate a range of fares are on offer. Note that LCY prices currently seem to be on a different basis to LGW and LHR (cheaper, in other words).

Question: in recent weeks are you all seeing these POUG offers via the mobile app or web site?
Reason I'm asking: I suspect website-based paid upgrades are broken at the moment; for BA284 02JUN19 SFO-LHR EF is showing F9 A8 J9 C9 D9 R9 I9 W5 E0 T0 Y9 B9 H9 K9 M9 L9 V9 S9 N0 Q0 O0 G0 yet when I go into the website and attempt "upgrade with money" option for my WTP booking it says "Sorry, there's no availability to upgrade on your current flights, but you may be able to upgrade if you change flights." Typically it would show me some kind of option if anything is available, even if it's $3000+ per itinerary; not sure if this behavior on the website is "as intended" or is simply not working (which seems to have been the case since early Feb as far as I can tell).

Offered £129 from LHR to TXL on a RFS fare. Wouldn't take it at that price, plus I'm flying with wife and son, that would be 390 quid. No thanks, plus don't need TPs as scheduled to hit 1530 with 3 days of year to go. Close call, but it will be enough. Saying that. not even sure it would gain TPs at all.

LHR-BRU and return £79 each - which is what I get every time I travel to BRU.
However, on this occasion, when I try to choose my seat for the return trip, there are none left (7 rows of CE and all seats are grey). As I am on Silver BAEC, I can choose my seat in advance so this is really strange...

They just became available so that's sorted now
On a side note, I haven't seen anyone posting POUGs to SVO. There is no WTP on the A321 and CW is 140 points so that would be amazing but I guess the likelihood of getting an upgrade is low.

509 PLN (approx 105 gbp) from KRK to LHR today. Is for July flight. Not taking as again have 3 of us on the booking and we already bagged the exit row
