Yes you can change more than once, but typically the ticket gets internally mangled after the first change and any subsequent change will require persistence and time to take effect. Basically there are some internal keywords that allow tickets to be reissued very quickly for SDC. Once you have done that once the keywords drop off and it make require the intervention of a ticketing specialist to get the ticket reissued. So, yes, it can be done, but for your own sanity I wouldn't make a habit of it.
